Used Mobile Homes
Most townships and building inspectors require CSA Z240 or CSA A277 homes and it is very difficult to find used mobile homes that meet this requirement. A mobile home can be Ontario Hydro Approved but still will not meet the requirements. A mobile home cannot be upgraded to CSA Z240 or CSA A277 - these are certified in the factory when the home is built.
USED homes also do not have the factory warranty that comes with a new home. Buyer beware.
