Our Location
Highway Meadows is a year round community nestled in the countryside, just three miles south of Tillsonburg, Ontario on Highway #19. Highway Meadows is a great retirement community with friendly people, a price that you can live with, and a great location in Ontario's heartland. We are a small community with large 75' x 100' lots where we enjoy the outdoors, gardening, fishponds and just listening to the song birds sing.
Our Homes
Each home is built to CSA code, installed on a solid concrete pad and are heated with natural gas - the most cost efficient and cleanest way to heat a home. There are many floor plans, options and decor packages for you to choose from. We look forward to meeting with you and helping you plan your new retirement home.
Our Community
Highway Meadows has large lots serviced with natural gas, hydro, sewer, water, satellite and phone. Our plans also include a lot for RV parking and boat storage. The neighbouring Town of Tillsonburg with a population of twelve thousand, has select shopping for every taste. Within easy driving distance of Highway Meadows you will find Port Burwell on the north shore of Lake Erie. It is about mid way between Detroit and Buffalo at the mouth of the Big Otter Creek. From Port Burwell, Plank Road (formerly hwy.#19) runs north through Tillsonburg and on to Highway 401. Port Burwell is approximately one hour from London, Ontario. The permanent population of Port Burwell is just over 1,000 and the village is pleasantly quiet during the off season. Summer days can attract many to its two soft, sandy and very clean beaches. The village is noted for its restaurants serving fresh caught perch and pickerel dinners.
